A strategically minded entrepreneur and director, possessing over a 15-year track record of creating revenue growth and shareholder value. He specialises in international expansion, corporate restructuring, business development and financial management. In 2010 Joseph co-founded the women’s luxury brand Paolita. Prior 2010, he worked in the private equity and hedge fund sectors as a consultant specialising in co-investment opportunities and fundraising.
