Our Brief:
Blue Alpine were instructed to manage three different commercial properties in our client’s portfolio located in Manchester, Torquay and Clacton-on-Sea.
Clacton-on-Sea – The property comprises approximately 18,000 sq ft (1672.25 sq m) of commercial accommodation and is let to multinational chain of stores.
Manchester – The property is a mixed used building arranged as a betting shop let to Ladbrokes and a flat above sold on long lease.
Torquay – The property is a large retail unit let to a large multinational retail store.
Our Property Deal:
After agreeing a management package with the client, the buildings were quickly taken on by the Blue Alpine management team. By working closely with the freeholder and occupiers, a rapid, seamless transition occurred, and the client was able to relieve themselves of the day-to-day management of the properties.

Blue Alpine is actively managing the tenants and building to provide a hassle-free investment for our client. The tenants and landlord are happy and timely rental payments as per the lease agreements are made and any issues quickly dealt with
