We advised our client in the purchase of land comprising of twenty-six derelict garages in the borough of Havering, as we believed there was strong development potential, at a reasonable purchase price.
Our client subsequently instructed Blue Alpine to assist with the planning process to achieve permission for residential dwellings on the site.
Our Planning Consultancy:
Our Planning Consultancy team achieved planning permission for the demolition of the garages and erection of 7 three-bedroom houses.
Our role included:
- Agreement of client instructions
- Developing the vision with the client and architect looking at various schemes
- Project managing the design and architectural process
- Managing the Appeal process after the planning was rejected at committee, successfully gaining approval of the scheme
The Benefit to Our Client:
After identifying this opportunity and advising on the purchase, Blue Alpine was able achieve planning permission for our client, more than doubling the client’s initial investment.
